Launcher.exe-Application Error

After getting regular windows update after restart n application is getting started any time you launch anything po up comes launcher.exe - Application error. Applcation cannot be started error 0x0000005 sometimg, plea e click ok to stop. Any solution. Anti virus, browser, media player msoffice nothing is working.

    Hi,

    I am sorry to know that you are unable to open anything on the computer. 

    1. Which anti-virus program are you using?
    2. Do you get the same error when you try to use a browser and a Media Player?
