the api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll of my movie maker is still missing even after reinstalling it. my pc is windows 7, 64 bit operating system.

    Method 1: I suggest you to follow the steps to perform Safe mode in Last known good configuration from the article below:

    Method 2: Startup Repair using Windows 7 DVD

    If safe mode doesn’t help, please follow the steps below and perform startup repair.
