There is a DRM reset tool for Win 7, but not Win 10? Groove will play a few of the tunes every other player plays but then wants me to pay again to re-purchase the rest.

I am having this problem with my Zune Software getting C00D1385 once i have recently reinstalled my computer. I have ran the DRM security update from the website and it still did not help. (has to be ran with IE) http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp?force=1
I am still trying to figure out what the issue is.
If you have purchased or ripped this music from a CD the music should not have any DRM on it so resetting the DRM on the computer would not fix the problem you are encountering.
Please provide a better explanation of your issue and then we might be able to help you out.
