Chinese Software Tencent QQ

Question

I want to delete .dll files which I got from internet it's Chinese software which pops up again. I disabled it from startup successfully but want to delete .dll files of this software also. Please check following for location

C:\Program Files (x86)\Tencent

C:\Program Files (x86)\Tencent\QQPCMgr\10.10.16434.218

Unable to delete those DLL's from my hard drive

This is what I found out about tencentQQ

Its made by chinese software communications giant and can be downloaded along with free software, has a file name sometimes SearchSquire*.exe and is classed as ADWARE it infects browsers, chrome, firefox, IE and Safari.

When on system it copies files to your hard disc sometimes creating a startup key.

And a folder tencentQQ

Usually found in

C:\programfiles\  OR

C:\program Data

It can then display ads, popups and banners.

There  was a reccomendation to use spyhunter4 but would advise against this as there are concerns about this program.

And download

Adwcleaner

Zemana antimalware

Kapersky

Rkill

And poss hitman pro.

Multiple scans may be needed and a reboot between scans reccomended.

It is sometimes possible according to what I researched to use add remove programs but it can leave behind scraps in your system.

I just reset complete window to solve this issue. Its a really good feature to reset complete windows without needing any windows DVD. Windows 10 refresh itself completely.
