Printer prints 50% smaller

This is a computer in an office. It is an Asus with Windows 7, the printer is a Canon MF8400. It prints the images 50% smaller. I have tried Ctrl + to zoom in on the page I am trying to print and that did not help. I have used Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. All three yield the same result. I even tried using a printer extension for Chrome but unfortunately it doesn't always work on the webpage I am trying to print. I am unsure whether it is the printer or my computer. I would really appreciate any advice or help to resolve this problem as it irritates everyone in the office.
