    Hello,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

With the issue description, I understand that you are getting an error on your Windows 7 machine. I would appreciate if you could help me with more information to understand the issue and provide you a better resolution:

    1. When exactly do you get this error ā€œdirectory path not foundā€ on your computer?
    2. Which version of Windows 7 are you using?

To check the exact version of Windows operating system, you may follow below steps:

    1. Click the Start button, enter Computer in the search box, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.
    2. Look under Windows edition for the version and edition of Windows that your PC is running.

Also, I would suggest you to boot the machine in Safe Mode and check if you get the same error or not.

    Safe Mode
