Hi @JamesTran-MSFT

I have the same issue as below question:

Can't delete Azure AD tenant beacause of "Delete all license-based subscriptions" - Microsoft Q&A

My exact case is that I signed up for Microsoft Teams Free

I didn't know that the first org domain name will be permanent and just come up with this name ******@Alnilam895.onmicrosoft.com

Then I feel the need to change domain name into ******@planningss.onmicrosoft.com

I tried to find solution here

https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/change-replace-company-name-in-teams-free/m-p/807125#M36811

then advise to follow this instruction

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/delete-your-teams-free-organization-2c28cfcf-3fbf-497c-938f-8815a8f6a6b9

I'm stuck in subscription check

I have followed steps mention here as well

Delete an Azure AD organization (tenant) - Azure Active Directory | Microsoft Learn

Basically I wanted to have ******@planningss.onmicrosoft.com instead of ******@Alnilam895.onmicrosoft.com and have access to Microsoft Teams (free) Trial subscriptions.

Kindly advise solution much appreciated!

    Hi @danipi

Sorry, I did not find the effective way to complete your purpose. I tried to change the tenant name but it didn't work. We recommend you create a new personal email address and sign up for Teams with correct organizations. Because the admin account format is ******@yourcompanyName.onmicrosoft.com
