Security Update for Microsoft.Net Framework Failed

My problem: My laptop is installing update every time I turn it off and turn it on. When I check update history it saying,

I did repair Microsoft.Net Framework but it still updating and failing when I turn off my pc. What is the problem on my pc and how to solve it ? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    I would request you to refer to the article below and apply the suggestions from it.

    How to fix MSI software update registration corruption issues (applicable to Windows 7 as well)

    If the issue remains, I suggest that you uninstall all the .Net Framework updates which are already installed and then install updates as they become available through Windows updates.
