Hi friends ,

I don't sure this right place for asking this question , I'm trying to buy some stuff from modern combat 5 , I've already charged my Microsoft account for 15$ with gift card, but when i try to buy i face this error on last step "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out", can you help me to fix this issue.
