Eteindre windows server 2019 sans nous demander le motif

Bonjour,
Je rencontre actuellement un petit problème. J'aimerais ne plus à choisir de motif pour éteindre windows server 2019, mais qu'il s'éteigne directement, comme sur windows 10 Famille, Pro etc.. Comme faire ? Voici de quoi je parle : Merci
