Hi,

Thank you for the response.

Are you on a domain network?

What is the antivirus program on the computer?

I suggest you to scan the computer for viruses  using Microsoft Safety Scanner and check. Please follow the below link to download Microsoft Safety Scanner.

Thank you.

    Hi,

If issue persist try to check the system files are they working fine or not and to check that try to run System File Checker (SFC) tool.

SFC scan will scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.

How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows 8.

    1. Press Windows key and X at the same time.
    2. Choose Command Prompt (Admin) from the context menu.
    3. In the command prompt, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
    4. Exit command prompt.

    Hi Ahdaak,

I will be glad to help you with the issue you have with the computer.

Please answer  the following for us to assist you better:

When exactly do you get the error?

What application are you trying to use?

Did you make an changes to the computer prior to the issue?

The Exception Privileged Instruction and other critical errors can occur when your Windows operating system becomes corrupted. Opening programs will be slower and response times will lag. When you have multiple applications running, you may experience crashes and freezes. There can be numerous causes of this error including excessive startup entries, registry errors, hardware/RAM decline, fragmented files, unnecessary or redundant program installations and so on.

Please reply with the required information, we are happy to help you further.

    Thank you.
