Hi,

Nowadays Exchange Online is getting popularity.

I think, Exchange Online is better than Exchange Server 2019 in terms of setup, maintenance and troubleshooting issues.

However, please let us know, instead of availability of Exchange Online, why should we go for Exchange Server 2019 or how Exchange Server is better than Exchange Online?

Best Regards
NndnG

    Hi @NndnG ,

For some organizations who want the full privilege so their IT teams could completely finish their tasks, would choose the on-prem server.

Its not better and never will be. :)
Its not intended to be better but for those orgs who want to stay on-premises, they have options.
( Note that there will be a version beyond 2019:

Personally, I would never recommend anyone stay on-prem and use Exchange Server unless there is a compelling business requirement. Otherwise, it makes no sense, either for features or overall cost in the end.
