MTP Bluetooth device does not connect

I am running a Dell Inspirion790 with Windows 7/64 bit Profesional Sp1 ,with an MTP bluetooth device , with the latest driver , and it won't start , any ideas?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

There are several things you can check to ensure your computer is configured correctly to connect with Bluetooth device.

Method 1:

Check to see if the Bluetooth services are enabled. To do so, follow these steps.

a. Click on Start

b. Type services.msc and press enter

c. In the list find Bluetooth support services and double click on that.

d. Ensure that the service is both set to automatic and started.

Method 2:

Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

Method 3:
