Sideload APK--Cannot Install App

I have my Xamarin forms app and I'm getting ready to have it tested by our team. I want to deploy it as an APK so that I'm not putting the test systems in developer mode. I have signed the app.
I placed the APK file on our website and emailed myself a link. I click the link, download it, and install. Then I get the message that says "cannot install app".
Not sure what to do next.

2021-02-15T19:52:43.827+00:00 @Anonymous I had followed the directions from the link provided and done everything you suggested except setting the linker to none. I tried that and the archive won't build. Probably can't link would be my guess.

2021-02-16T06:54:27.687+00:00 You can try to set the Linker to None, because if you set Liner to other selection, some of packages will be removed out of your application.
