Please try the following: Set automatic updates to "Never check for updates" and restart. Download and install KB3020369 and KB3161608.

<p>I just got a old dell (I'm am trying to save for something nicer) and i had to re-put windows 7 professional on. First thing i did was put office on, then started to look for updates, but nothing was working. It kept coming back with errors, over and over again, but each time it kept coming back with different errors. Only three though, first it was no internet, then just kept giving me different ones.. I have too many errors to understand anything anymore and now I'm just sitting here beyond confused.. I really need some help... Please...</p><p></p><p></p>I am beyond confused about windows and everything..
