Error code Q8156-8000FFFF

My netflix is not working i always see error code Q8156-8000FFFF... I have a Nokia Lumia 635

How do i fix it?

I understand that Netflix is not working in your Lumia 635 . Have you tried to perform a soft reset? If not please do so.

You can perform the soft reset by having your phone turned on. Then, press and hold the v****olume down and         Power buttons until your phone vibrates and restarts. Note that you should not touch the device screen during this process (not even when the 'slide down to power off' prompt appears). After performing soft reset try to open Netflix.

    I'm also having the same problem on my X3... Anyone?? This started happening on the last update.... I checked my other X3 that I didn't update yet, and it works

    Hello, I have same error. Soft reset did not help unfortunately...

    Please, can you support further to solve this inconvenience? I have the same on CHILI too,
