I have Ministry of Education 365 office account (United Arab Emirates). Searched Stream and OneDrive but couldn't find it. Also tried searching in Teams Chat.

    Hi @Asya

    Something here might help:

    Meeting recording storage and permissions

Teams meeting recordings will be stored in OneDrive or SharePoint, depending on the type of meeting.

    Important:

If your org is still using Microsoft Stream (not OneDrive and SharePoint) to store recordings and you are a meeting owner, you can change permissions and allow people without access to view a meeting recording.

    • Open the meeting in Stream and select ... > Update Video Details. Go here for further details.

Play and share a meeting recording in Teams:

Where your meeting recordings are stored:

If you have a Ministry of Education 365 office account in the United Arab Emirates and are unable to find it in Stream, OneDrive, or Teams Chat, here are some steps to help you resolve the issue. First, check your email for any notifications or information related to your account. It's possible that important details have been sent there. If you still can't locate your account, contacting your organization's IT support team is the next best step. They can provide guidance and assistance, including resetting your password if necessary. Ensure that you are using the correct username and double-check for any typos. Permissions might also be a factor, so reach out to your IT administrators to verify your access rights. Additionally, be aware of any localized services or customizations specific to your organization. If two-factor authentication is in place, follow the authentication process correctly. Make sure you're using an up-to-date web browser and consider clearing your browser cache and cookies if you've encountered login issues before. Sometimes it can happen if you use frequently, happened with me when I was recording an emirates id status lecture last year in september..

    Regards,
    Marsh
