Are there any error messages when login in Teams client?
Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?
Please make sure you have synchronized the time in your device. You can go to Control Panel->Time &Language->Set time zone automatically OFF. Select manually the time zone and then synchronize your clock ( Sync now). Then you can restart the computer and connect to internet to access the Microsoft Teams.
