Sysprep - Fatal error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine Windows 8.1 for WDS Imaging

Hello Community,

We are having Fatal error while trying to sysprep a Windows 8.1 machine after installing different standard apps.

Sysprep worked alright prior to any application installation.

Note that Sysprep is required to prepare a master image for deploying OS via WDS.

Thnx to kindly help if anyone encountered same and got a fix.
