BitFlow.sys crash

Dear All,

My computer is crashing mostly when booting up. The error message in the blue screen contains the word BitFlow.sys. This problem stops happening when I remove a hardware attached to one of the PCle slots in the mother board which suggests the crashing might be related with that. The hardware is a frame grabber for a camera that needs the computer to run it. I have send a message to the camera manufacturer. However I bring this problem to you because maybe the cause isn't in the camera or the camera software but instead is something different and quite general that some of you might recognise. Please, if this is the case, let me know your advice.

Best wishes,

Jorge

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
