You are the only owner, or are there other owners for this flow? If there are other owners, please also check with them to see if they could see the flow.
Please go to Monitor, check Cloud flow activity and Desktop flow runs, to find if the flow exits.
If you still are unable to find the flow, I suggest you open a support ticket to see if they are able to resolve the issue on the backend.
