Conflicting memory addresses on basic hardware

Hello,

Recently, I have been having bsod errors on my conputer, and I suspect conflicting memory addresses to be the issue. However, due to the nature of the things that conflict, I can't change any of the settings necessary to resolve this.

Here's a list of conflicting area, courtesy of the System Information on my computer:

Is there any way I could reassign these values at all without fear of ruining my computer or uninstalling my graphics card? Could a professional be able to fix this?

    2. What is the make and model of your computer?
    3. Did you make any hardware or software changes to your computer prior to the issue?
