Windows 10 mobile keyboard problem

Hello everyone,

I have just installed Windows 10 mobile on my Lumia 640 XL, previously had 8.1, and i have come across a serious issue. My keyboard is missing, literally everywhere i have to type something. I went to Add-keyboard settings, but is says that i have added all available keyboards and there are no more left, however, my keyboard is still missing. I have tried to put the same region as the language, but it still does not work. I hope that some of you will know how to help me.

    A long tap on the space bar allows you to move the keyboard back down to the bottom of the screen

    (or anywhere you like). It becomes a floating dockable keyboard)

    I went to Add-keyboard settings, but is says that i have added all available keyboards

    1. Are you in All apps » Settings » Time & language » Keyboard » Add keyboards?
    2. Please, post that error message word for word.
    3. One screen before, are several keyboards listed, just some, or none?
    4. Are you able to remove keyboards via long tap until the context menu appears?

    Mihailo, please remove the battery cover from your Lumia 640 XL and post (just) its Product Code (059…). Aleksandar and everyone who selected ‘Me Too’, please do the same (code and answering the questions above).

    Lumia 535 is the device I'm using.

    Also can't download language pack, for any language. For existing language, for keyboard says "download needed".

    Also can't instal update till the end error code: 0X80073712

    you've added ALL the keyboards? I find that hard to believe
