Runtim error

Hi Can any one help an old age pensioner solve a runtime error.I have a programme on my PC running windows 10 the programme is called DNS unlocker version 1.4. When i try to uninstall this programme i get the runtime error(at-l:0): cannot import  dll:C\prog files (x86)\DNS unlocker\consoleapplication 1.dll    thanking you GerorgeEddy680

    Hi thank you so much for the quick reply.Sorry to say ñone of the given solutionsworked so i opted for the Windows 10 reset thanks again GeoreEddy680

    Hello George,

    I would be happy to help. What you have there is malware. If you would, please click on the link and install the free version of Malwarebytes Antimalware. malwarebytes.org/free

    Once installed, open it up and do a full system scan. If it detects anything, take recommended action. If it doesn't catch the program you are trying to delete, let us know back here and I, or another member of the community, would be happy to walk you through more options.
