Hi Nirbhay,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.
As per the issue description, you are getting a message "**rldea.dll missing”**while installing FIFA13. A missing or corrupt .dll file can be caused by any of the below possibilities.
1. Another program was uninstalled that removed a .dll file that was required by another program or the operating system.
2. A program was installed that overwrote the .dll file with either an older version or a version that is incompatible with other programs causing .dll errors.
3. A bad installation of a program corrupted one or more files causing the .dll errors.
4. Another user or program maliciously or mistakenly deleted the .dll file or an associated file.
5. A hardware issue exists with the computer, such as a bad hard drive, causing the data on the drive to become corrupt, casing the .dll errors.
Please follow the methods provided below to fix the issue with the corrupted files in the computer and find the cause of the issue.
Method 1: Run the fixit to resolve installation issues:
Fix problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled

Method 2: Run SFC scan in the computer
If issue persists I would suggest you to check the system files are they working fine or not and to check that try to run System File Checker (SFC) tool. SFC scan will scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7.
- Go to Start, click All Programs and open Accessories.
- Right click on Command Prompt in the Program list and then select Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click OK.
- In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow

Method 3: I would suggest to re-register the .dll:
- Click onStart, and thentype cmd in the search box**.**
- Right clickon Command prompt and select run as administrator.
- Now all you have to do to register a DLL file is to type in the regsvr32 command, followed by the path of the DLL file. : **regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32**rldea.dll
Hope this would help. If issue still persists post back with the information required, current status of your computer and result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to assist you.
Regards,
