My laptop will no longer connect with any of my bluetooth devices. Under the Device Manager, the bluetooth audio displays an Error Code 52 message. I have tried the following solutions, but the problem persists:

Installed the most recent bluetooth drivers for my laptop

Ran the Hardware and Device troubleshooter

System Restore

Ran Dell SupportAssist

Any help for resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The issue is for a Dell Inspiron 15R 5537 laptop running Windows 7

    Hi,

I can understand the inconvenience caused to you.

I suggest you to refer to the mentioned troubleshooting methods and check if it helps:

    Method 1:

I would suggest you to refer the link and check.

Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

Tips for fixing common driver problems

Method 2: Boot into Advanced Boot Options and disable driver signing checking

The Advanced Boot Options screen lets you start Windows in advanced troubleshooting modes.

Restart your computer. As soon as the booting process starts you will hear a beep sound, start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. Instead of Windows loading as normal, Windows Advanced Options will appear.

Select this Disabling driver signature enforcement and check with the issue. This allows drivers containing improper signatures to be installed.

Refer this link to boot into advanced startup option:

I would also suggest you to the device manufacturer’s Web site and download and install the latest appropriate driver for the device.
