Error Message? "Communication Error" keeps coming up on screen. I had Windows 7 and Updated to Windows 10 what is causing the box pop up on my deskscreen?

I have an annoying box that keeps coming up on my desktop and will not go away.  This occurs when I go onto the web.

I m running an updated Windows 10 from Windows 7?  The box reads:  Communication Error

    Could be a printer thats not working. If you've got one turn it on.

    Or uninstall the drivers then reinstall Windows 10 drivers
