Hi;

i was using Windows 7 ultimate and upgraded to 10. But 10 was crashing frequently and was incompatible with my printer (did everything that could solve the problem). Finally i decided to downgrade to 7 and chose to go back to previous build. It said "Restarting" and took more than 6hrs and finally started showing windows 7 starting. But it can't start. i tried to repair by w-7 DVD, still unable.

when it starts, it shows me error code 0x0000007F .......

any help! thanks
