    Hi Jenny,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand the inconvenience you are facing in Windows 10. I will assist you with this.

Please provide more information to help you better:

    1. Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
    2. Have you ever configured Proxy Server on the computer?
    3. Does this happen only with Solitaire game or with other applications as well?

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps

Method 2: Check if the Date & Time Zone is correct:

The store app uses https instead of http which is used by other apps, so in order for the SSL handshake to proceed, the clock on the client and server needs to be correct.

Follow these steps to change the time.

    1. Double Click on the current time on the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

    2. Then click Change date and time settings, then click the Change time zone button ****3. Select your time zone and tick automatically adjust clock for daylight saving time and press OK

    4. Then press Apply, and OK.

    Method 3:

If you are using a proxy connection, then try disabling proxy and then check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to disable proxy:

    1. Open Internet Explorer ****2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options ****3. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings

    4. Uncheck the Use Proxy server.

    5. Click Apply and Ok to save changes.

If the issue persist, I would suggest that you post your query in the Xbox forum.

Hope this information helps. Reply to the post with updated status of the issue so that we can assist you further.
