You could provide some more information so we don't have to guess about what is the issue...
If you are looking at a DxDiag report, I don't think I have ever seen a system where the DxDiag report did not say that so let's say for the moment that is "normal".
The Microsoft engaged Support Engineer "expert" sent you to a topic to which you have already subscribed. How can I know that and the "experts" don't?
That topic has a reply from another Microsoft engaged "expert" that is marked as the "Answer" but that marking was not done by a person reporting the problem - the reply was marked as the "Answer" by another Microsoft engaged "expert" after the topic went idle for 6 days. In that topic are other messages indicating the "problem" is never resolved, but somehow there is an "Answer".
That is the way things work at MS Answers. If one Microsoft engaged Support Engineer "expert" replies to a new topic and the topic goes idle for 5-10 days another Microsoft engaged Support engineer "expert" will mark that reply as the "Answer" even if it is impossible to be the answer. That is they way they choose to run things here and in so doing continue to pollute the community with thousands and thousands and thousands of replies ("Answers") that are impossible to be the answer.
Now if you are having some issue with your system of unspecified make and model with unspecified operating system you should tell us about it.
What is your system make and model?
What is your Windows version and Service Pack?
Describe your antivirus/antimalware situation.
If you are getting an error message exactly what does it say and when do you see it?
If the system used to work properly what do you think happened to it since the last time it did work properly?
Finally do this so we can see what you have:
Click the Start button/orb in the lower-left corner of your screen. Or, press the Windows logo key on your keyboard.
In the box enter:
msinfo32
Select/click msinfo32.exe and the System Information dialog box will open.
Click on System Summary, click Edit, Select All (Ctrl-A), Copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here in your next reply.
For video driver information, expand the Components, click Display, click Edit, Select All (Ctrl-A), Copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here.
There will be some personal information (like System Name and User Name), and whatever appears to be private information to you, just delete it from the pasted information.
That looks like a lot of questions, but it will save you time and prevent wasting message cycles on other questions and "trying" things.
