Hi,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.
As per the issue description you are getting a box stating Bad Image on the top bar and the box contain the message "Exception processing Message 0xc000007b Parameters". The issue could be if there is some third party conflict or some disk error corruption.
Try the steps provided below and see if it helps you to fix the issue.
Method 1:
Step 1: Boot into safe mode and check if the issue persists.
Start your computer in safe mode

Step 2: If the issue does not occur in safe mode, you may put your system in clean boot state (in normal mode) to troubleshoot the issue.
Place the computer in a clean boot state and then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: Follow the section “More information” to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot.

Methiod 2: Try to run check disk (chkdsk) on the hard drive to check if it has got any errors.
a. Click Start, type cmd in the Start Search box, right-click cmd.exe in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator.
b. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
c. At a command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
Chkdsk /R X:
Note in this command, X: is a placeholder that represents the drive letter of the volume that you want to check.
d. Press Y when you are prompted to check the disk the next time that the system restarts.
e. Close all applications, and then restart the computer. Note During the restart process, Windows checks the disk for errors, and then Windows starts.
f. After the computer restarts check if you are able to move files into the hard drive.
Refer:

Important: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
Hope this would help. If issue still persists post back with current status of your computer and result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to assist you.
