Hi

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community!

We understand your problem and will try to assist you with this issue. Please conform me:

1. Have you made any changes to the pc prior to this issue?

  1. Which antivirus program is installed on the computer?
  2. In which user account is he facing this issue?
  3. Have you  installed any proxy software on the pc?

Please try to Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the Admin account or the MSA to test if that helps with this issue.

Also try to  install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.  Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

I would also suggest you to refresh the content in the Store and check for the issue. Let try to fix that issue

Method 2: To refresh the content in the Storea. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.

b. Enter run in the search box, and then tap or click Run.

c. Enter wsreset.exe in the Run command and then tap or click OK.

d. Restart your PC

e. On the Start screen, tap or click Store, and check to see if Windows 8.1 now appears on the Store home screen.

Method 3:

If you are using a proxy connection, then try disabling proxy and then check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to disable proxy:

a.****Open Internet Explorer

b. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options

c.****Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings

d. Uncheck the Use Proxy server.

e. Click Apply and Ok to save changes.

Now check if you can access Windows Store.

If the issue still persists, you may refer to this article on how to get the update on the Store.

Why can't I find the update in the Store?
