Error during Async Client installation in Dynamics AX R3

Question

Dear 

When trying to Install Microsoft Dynamics Ax R3 Retail Async Client 

"There is a problem with windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."  Action ConfigureCustomAction

I tried multiple times, using SQL Server 2014 Express, could you pls. help to resolve the issue.

I am using Windows Server 2012 R2 .

One more thing i want to tell you which is that the Retail AX R3 Components (Async Server, Client and Realtime service) was successfully installed the very time attempt but after installation Realtime Service could not working properly, so i have uninstalled through AX GUI setup, which was successfully uninstalled after that i have rebooted my server.

Verified few more important things.

Server DataTime checked

IIS 8.0 feature disabled > restart Server > again enable IIS feature

Windows Powershell feature disabled > restart  server > again enable feature

Please suggest me , really appreciated for any guidelines.
