Run-time error 3709

I installed a software on my windows 8.1 but couldn't run, it kept giving me the error message "The connection cannot be used to perform this operation. it is either closed or invalid in this context. Please i need help to resolve this problem

Hi,

You don't say it the software is compatible with 8.1, or not.

And you don't say how you installed it.

1. Are you installing that Program as the Admin.

Right click on the setup.exe or install.exe > select Run as Administrator.

2. If it is not Compatible, follow these steps:

"Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows"
