This issue may occur due to corrupt Windows update files and settings.
I would suggest you to run Windows update troubleshooter and check. Please follow these steps:
a. Press Windows + W keys together, type troubleshootingin search box and press Enter.
b. Click "View all" and then click "Windows Update".
c. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

As I said, I Ran the windows T/S and no issues were found. This has been occurring sporadically since I bought this PC new in 2014 from the MS store... it 'says' it's installing the updates but when I check the Installed Updates afterwards, some are NOT
there... and No*, I cannot download them manually from the download link at "support" (much less even Find them most of the time!).
After checking for updates today (6/16/15) 2 of 3 updates I have not downloaded yet, on purpose, were Not listed as available anymore either, ones that Were available at the 1st of the month & as late as last week... but not Now.
