As I said when I first posted my query, I DO get an error message.
When I try to access OneDrive from the Start Menu I get a Runtime Error: Program:C:\Windows\FileManager\FileManager.exe. This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I can access and put files into OneDrive if I access from my File Explorer icon, but those files are not visible to my laptop or iPad.
You directed me to the FAQs, but they do not cover this situation. I started having this problem in early May, I believe. I tried to "restore" my computer to a date before the problem existed, but it didn't let me go back far enough.
