    Hi,

We appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

However from the details provided above I can understand that you are having difficulties while using Windows live mail on your Windows 10 computer and you are getting error message 800CCC0e.

We also need some more details to understand the issue better. Please answer the following queries to help us move closer to the issue.

    1. Which version of Windows Live Mail are you using?
    2. Are you getting any error message when you launch the app?
    3. Are you able to send a test mail to yourself to check if you are able to receive it?

In the meanwhile you can try few steps as mentioned below.

    1. You may try to check if you are able to access the web account of your email.
    2. You may also want to remove the email account and re-add the same to check if that helps.
    3. Try to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.  Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

If the issue is not fixed Try to repair the windows live mail as suggested below and check if the issue is resolved.

    Repair Windows Live Mail

    • Go to Control Panel by pressing Windows + R, type control
    • Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program.
