Error: Ramdisk device creation failed due to insufficient memory

I am trying to image a Dell Latitude E5510 via MDT.  After the image applied, and the laptop booted, I received the error: Ramdisk device creation failed due to insufficient memory and cannot boot to my Deployment Share disk or OEM standalone Windows 7 disk. This is a brand new laptop with surely, sufficient memory available.  Drivers were downloaded fromt he Dell community and added to the Deployment Share prior to the image application. I suspect that a particular driver is missing from the image because the PCIe storage is not visible in the BIOS but as mentioned, I cannot boot to a disk to image again after making changes in MDT. Please help.
