Pulling Docker Image failed for AML job

Question

Hi,
I got the error "Running Docker Command attempt 1 failed with err: exit status 1,Error response from daemon: Getting ..." when I was trying to pull a docker image from azurecr.io, as showed in the above image. I am wondering whether someone has met this problem before so that I can quickly solve this issue.

FYI, this error is pretty random, and about 1 out of 10 of my submissions will work without the above issue.
