Printer Preview Error

I use Firefox and a few days ago out of the clear blue I started getting a "print preview" error

when using Firefox right after I had printed several pages with no problem.  I called HP support and he spent quite a bit of time trying to fix it but no luck.  When we switch to Internet Explorer I can print just fine.  At the same time we also tried to install Google Chrome and could not.  He said he thought it was a Windows problem and told me to contact Microsoft.  I read some of the previous Community Support answers but none seemed to fit my exact problem.

Should I contact Firefox support or is that even an option?

Hi Nancy,

As per the issue description you are getting printing preview error only while using on Mozilla Firefox. Everything work fine when you use Internet Explorer. It means there is no issue with printer and Operating System as everything works fine on Internet Explorer. There might be some settings corruption in Firefox which is not allowing you to print properly.

So, I would suggest you get in touch with **Mozilla Support**and see what they suggest.

Hope the information provided is helpful. Do let us know if you have any more concern related to Windows. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Regards,
