The windows.OLD folder is hidden.
TO make it visible you need to go into control panel (win key +"X">control panel)>explorer options>view>show all files and folders. Then go look for the window old folder.

Hiya,
We turned our home computer off over night and turned it on this morning, however when we turned it on everything on the desk top has disappeared and all our folders, files and photos have gone..
The interface on the desk top now has four round bubble like icons. We assumed the computer had automatically upgraded to Microsoft 10 over night and deleted our files, so rang the support team and they had us look for a windows.org folder, this wasn't there so he said it couldn't have upgraded.
Does anyone know how we get our documents back or what could have happened?
Any help appreciated!
Mariessa
