Log-in error while redeeming code.

There seems to be an issue when i try to redeem a code. I clicked an external link to redeem a code for the GIGANTIC beta which sent me to the microsoft webpage. The code is in the redeem section but the message "You are not logged in. Please login before redeeming a token." is popping up below even though i am logged in. Any suggestions? Greatly appreciated.

Sorry to know that you are unable to redeem a code. I would like to ask you:

 - Which browser are you using? 

Try with a different browser and check if it helps.

If it does not work. sign out from the Microsoft account and log in again and then try.

If you are using Store, then run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

If the issue persists, then you need to check with Gigantic support.

    Thank you very much. It turns out the problem was with the browser (Chrome). It worked perfectly fine with another browser
