Question on XP Embedded

Hello,

Would appreciate if someone get some time to answer the following questions:

  1. Is Windows Version 5.1(Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_qfe.090206-1316 : Service Pack 3) is same as Windows XP Embedded SP3?
  2. Is Windows XP Embedded SP3 is now called as Windows Embedded Standard 2009?
