Explorer.exe Application Error

Hi can anyone help please

I was moving some files into a new folder and i dont know what happened but all my files disappeared.

I tried looking in the recycle bin and my files flash up for a few seconds and i then get an error message

The exception integer division by zero (oxc ooooo94) occurred in the application at location oxa461ae7f

Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?

What is the make and model of the computer?

Is this the issue confined at the time of restoring files ?

Have you faced this error while using Internet explorer ?
