BSOD error C4 Windows 7
My Dell Inspiron periodically shuts down with BSOD -- error C4 0x0000000000000062, 0xfffff1800f4ef410, 0xfffffa800bf8c520, ox0000000000000001 (this is the latest error) saying that a driver was stopped from corrupting the system. I have not installed any new hardware or software in months. All peripherals, except the mouse, are turned off. Dell Update says all drivers are up to date and hasn't reported any hardware issues.
This happens when the system is idle. Norton360 might be doing background processes, but I don't know.
Any ideas?
Carolyn
