Here is the first error I got. After installing the framework verification tool from Microsoft, I received log errors for:

4 Client

4 Full

4.5.1

4.5.2

4.5

4.6

While these validated successfully:

2.0 SP2

3.0 SP2

3.5 SP1

I then tried installing Framework 4 as a standalone installation and received this message:

I don't believe anyone can install net 4

Only net 4.5.2 or 4.6.1

I'd use the net cleanup firstly

After done use 4.5.2 offline installer
