My son is in X th Std & being Mahesh Tutorial student, we had installed Robomate educational application on this Laptop. However, after recent upgrade by windows, the application does not run. We had contacted the technical support of Mahesh Tutorials & were advised to install Win 7. However, this laptop had come with preinstalled Win 8 & the app was working fine till last month. With this Win upgrade the app is stopped working. If I install Win 7, then licence of this windows will be lost. Since the exams around corner (March'16), it is important to have the app working. Is there anybody who can help?

In this case, check if performing System Restore helps. System Restore will take back your system to a point in time when the application was working fine. While doing this, make sure that you select correct restore point. To know how to perform System Restore, refer to the section "Restore your PC to an earlier point in time" section on the link below:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc

If the issue still persists, you may have to follow the guidelines given by the technical team of the respective organization.

Hope this will help you.

Thanks for the prompt reply. However, in desperation I updated the system to Win 10 & the Robomate app started working properly. Thanks again.
