Editing video on Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. Have a Windows 8.1, Intel i7, Geforce 860, 1TB, 24GB RAM.

Experiencing constant program crashing when transferring a piece of a clip to a new sequence, crashes every time.

Never had problems until I upgraded to windows 10, after upgrade I could not run the program without crashing, later downgraded back to 8.1 & again I am experiencing the same issues.

Can anybody help me? DO I have a hardware issue? Whats going on..?
