Error 2203 when try to install Microsoft SQL Native Client

Hello, good afternoon. I tried so many ways to install the program, changing the security of the folder, etc. but for some reason, the error continues. I don't know if I just forgot to do something else; I'm using Windows Server 2012 Standard.
