Hi all,

I have a word file more than 100 pages with track changes in some non sequential pages, is there any macro or option I can use to save only the track changes pages to a pdf.

Any help would be appreciated

Regards

Trex

    @Trex Robin
    Do you want to save those pages that have changes on them?

    In my opinion, you cannot convert those pages automatically into PDF.
    You can manually determine which pages have changes and then choose those pages by entering the page numbers in the Print dialog box, and print as PDF.

    Any misunderstanding, please let me know.

    You can try the macros posted by Jay Freedman and Doug Robbins in the following thread in the Microsoft Community:

    One of the problems printing only those pages is liable to introduce is that and pagination changes to the following pages is liable to result in duplicated and/or omitted content when you try to combine the old and new content.

    Thank you all for the support, the macro in the link works great, however it stops generating the pdf for the changed pages upto the section break in the document, however, I need the macro to generate all the changed pages in the entire document igniring the section break appears in the document .

    Any help would be much appreciated
